Configuring products

Open a store’s products (Stores → Configure products, or the Products page). For each item set the metal, the fine-metal weight and unit (troy ounce or gram), and purity as a fraction (e.g. 14K = 14/24, .9999 silver = 9999/10000).

Leave markup blank to inherit the store/category/organization rule, or set a per-product markup when an item should differ.

“Save & reprice” saves the config and recomputes that product’s price. It does not push to the store by itself — pushing happens on Push to store or via Auto-sync.
