Cancel any time from your dashboard — no phone calls, no retention hoops.
How it works
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, after which the organization moves to the Free plan. Your data, rules and configuration are preserved, so reactivating later picks up where you left off.
If a renewal payment fails, service continues through a grace period while you update your payment method; we notify you before anything is restricted.
