This policy describes what Gold Feed Inc. collects, why, and your choices. Summary: we collect what's needed to run your account and nothing for resale — we do not sell personal information.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, organization), billing records processed by PayPal or Stripe (we never store full card numbers), API usage metadata (request counts, endpoints, timestamps), and store integration data you connect (product catalogs, read-only order summaries with minimized customer details).
How it's used and protected
Data is used to provide the service, enforce plan limits, and send transactional messages. Store credentials are encrypted with authenticated encryption; access inside Gold Feed is role-restricted and audited.
