Terms of service
By creating an account or using any Gold Feed Inc. service you agree to these terms. Plain-language summary: subscriptions renew until you cancel, sales are final, market data is informational, you're responsible for the prices you publish, and our feeds, plugins and data are for your own use — not for redistribution.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed at $50/month (USD) through PayPal or Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. There is no separate paid trial: the Free plan is genuinely free, and you only pay once you choose a paid plan.
By subscribing you authorize Gold Feed to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date. If you do not cancel before a renewal date, we treat the subscription as continuing and the renewal is charged as normal.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your dashboard, or by emailing info@gold-feed.com before your next billing date. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for, after which the organization moves to the Free plan.
Your configuration, rules and data are preserved after cancellation, so reactivating later picks up where you left off.
No refunds
All charges are final and non-refundable in any way, shape or form. Because you can evaluate Gold Feed on the Free plan before paying and cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal, we do not provide refunds for partial periods, unused time, or past charges.
Price accuracy is your responsibility
Gold Feed provides live and historical metal prices and the tools to turn them into your own prices, but you are solely responsible for the prices displayed and charged on your websites, stores and applications. You agree to hold harmless Gold Feed Inc. for any pricing mishaps, including incorrect configuration, rounding, markups, stale data, or amounts shown or charged to your customers.
You are responsible for reviewing your pricing rules and the resulting prices before publishing them to a live store.
No redistribution
Do not redistribute, resell, publish or share our pricing, feeds, API responses, plugins or extensions in any way, shape or form. Displaying prices on your own sites, apps and store catalogs — including customer-facing use — is exactly what the service is for; repackaging the raw feed or our software as a competing or standalone product is not.
Do not share, publish or embed your account API keys (widgets have their own embeddable keys for that), and do not circumvent rate limits or quotas. Unauthorized redistribution is subject to a penalty of $1,000 CAD per violation, in addition to any other remedies available to us, and may result in immediate termination.
Privacy and your data
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties, except with the payment processors (PayPal and Stripe) needed to process your subscription. Account and integration data is kept while your account is active and, after closure, retained for up to 181 days and then deleted from our systems, except payment and invoice records we are required to keep for bookkeeping and tax purposes.
Store credentials are stored encrypted, access inside Gold Feed is role-restricted and audited, and deletion requests can be sent to info@gold-feed.com. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Service availability and termination
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided on an as-is, as-available basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at any time.
Fair-use on unlimited plans means usage consistent with running your business; automated abuse may be throttled or suspended.
Data disclaimer
Prices are provided for informational and commercial display purposes. They are not investment advice, and while we work to keep data accurate and current, Gold Feed does not guarantee suitability for any particular trading purpose. Stale or unavailable data is flagged as such.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Gold Feed Inc. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
